1. Use of the app
MockNerve is a study tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except where law allows, or use it to violate any law or anyone’s rights.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the questions, notes, images and files you add. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you import (for example, scanned question papers) and for how you share exam packs with others. We do not claim any rights over your content.
3. Optional Google services
Google Drive backup and Gemini AI features are optional and work through your own Google account and API key. Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s terms. You are responsible for any usage limits or charges on your own Gemini API key. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
4. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important answers against reliable sources. MockNerve does not guarantee any exam result.
5. Backups and data loss
Your data is stored on your device. Please keep regular backups. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure, uninstalling the app, or deleted or revoked cloud backups.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, name and logo belong to Xoviq Labs and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Xoviq Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or exam results, arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
